3. Sometimes loud fountains are the consequence of a low water level or a dirty impeller. Clean your fountain’s impeller and ensure the water reaches at least the minimum level in the water bowl. The lowest water level is more than the water outlet of the pump.

4. According to your pet’s drinking frequency and the number of pets using the fountain. Changing the filter every 1 week will be healthier!

5. Please keep the cable hidden to prevent pets from chewing it.

6. Make sure the filter is SOAKED. The water needs to flow through it and it will just spill over if the filter isn’t soaked thoroughly.
