Replace other power adapters to confirm whether the power supply is disconnected

If it is not disconnected. press and hold the reset button for 3 seconds to reset. and the device will hear Reset success. wait for tens of seconds until the device enters the pairing state. and re-pair (the network configuration state remains for 5 minutes)

It is about 30 feet. which is about 9 meters. You can actually see it even further away. but the resolution will not be so high
