Because our dog beds are shipped in a vacuum-packed package. the thickness of the product you receive may be slightly thinner than the picture. You need to pat and inflate it for 24-48 hours. the dog bed will regain its original shape.

Can I remove the cover to wash it?

No. the cover is irremovable. You can put the entire dog bed in the washing machine.
